○ Finding love again
These are the most common issues that arise in the therapy room. Everything you share is confidential, your secrets are not going anywhere. Drew will help you deconstruct your love language and relationships, laying out what's happening, and making sense of what's happening.

What to expect
Sessions with Drew are calm, reflective, and gently structured. Clients often describe his presence as a mix of warm curiosity and grounded wisdom – part Labrador, part old owl. The space is quiet and comfortable, looking out onto a garden, and offers a sense of relief rather than pressure.
Drew begins each session with a check-in: how you are, how your week has been, and any reflections on prior homework or insights. From there, you choose the direction. Whether it's a recurring theme or something small you've never voiced before, Drew follows where your intuition leads. He creates a meditative rhythm – one that gives you permission to slow down and really consider where you are in life. Along the way, the work may also include reflecting on the therapy itself: what’s helping, what’s not, and what might be getting in the way of going deeper.

Sessions can be held in-person (Sturry, Canterbury) or online via zoom. If available, sessions can be twice a week, weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. Some clients like bursts of short-term support (6 weeks), others like regular long-term support (several years).
